Stress

Hi everyone.. here it is March. Ms 18 is soooooo stressed out. She is fearful of failing biology, (she is not) and her senior presentation has just gotten sooooo overwhelming for her..
I rung up the school counselor and she agreed with me that it is important for ms 18 to take a mental heath day today.
so, the plan is to go shopping... luncheon and new shoes are in the plan.
The counselor stated that with ms 18, who is so good at attending school, that this is not a problem.
so, how do you all handle all this stress as a parent of an adult child who is graduating?

Hmmmm.....Stress.......How to handle?
? Can we say I love my treadmill??? lol When I'm feeling over-stressed by all the stuff going on I literally work it out with a good workout. Running, walking, yoga, boxing, whatever helps me relax. Ms. 18 is finding that walking can help her, too.

Great reminder, Scifi...
I am trying to not let the stress get to me.
Trying to get my house in order for next week. My husbands, big boss... ceo, is coming in from Texas... yes, they are friends of ours but stilll... I need to make a dinner and have a nice looking house..
doesn't help that ms 18 is stressed out .. and that dh is recovering from surgery...
ok, time to get off line and get my butt in gear...
